Going to Kuta in Lombok

The next stage of my journey is spending a few days in the south of Lombok. Lombok is much less touristy and this part specifically is very quiet... The beaches are quite good and known for the good surfing. For me it is just going to be a few days of not doing much. I am in a Novotel resort, with a beach, restaurants, spa etc. so will not be doing much more than sun bathing and reading...

This guy actually decided that as it is my birthday tomorrow he will have to buy me a birthday present!! And sure enough, we stopped at a shop in his village and he bought me a Lombok t-shirt!
